Bringing Hope to Children Since 1991
The Mission of KidCare International, a relationship-based, humanitarian-aid organization, is to equip and empower desperately disadvantaged children to lead lives of purpose, service, and leadership through sustainable programs and strategic partnerships.
KidCare Food Bank is located at 1200 N. Campus Ave. in Upland. The KidCare Food Bank feeds more than 9,000 hungry people each year. Through its partnerships and alliances, KidCare supplies food for families in crisis.
Food distribution is done every Saturday morning except holidays. Pre-trained volunteers arrive at 8 am. Line starts forming at 9 am. Need ID for Riverside or San Bernardino County, must be 17 or over to receive food. Register when you get there.
For more information or to volunteer, leave a message on this phone line, to Food Bank Coordinator Sylvia, (909) 227-5037.
KidCare International meets monthly to pray and plan, 1st Thursday of the month, 7 - 8 pm at Granite Creek Community Church in Claremont, CA.
The vision of KidCare International is to bring hope into the lives
of perilously impoverished children by providing humanitarian aid,
sending teams of volunteers to educate and encourage, joining with
indigenous people to build and repair, and linking them with people and
organizations of resources who desire to “make a difference” in the
lives of the world’s poorest children.
Together, we believe we can reverse the effects of poverty and hunger on children. This vision in action has brought new life and hope to thousands of children internationally.
